GVTC Real Estate Partnership Program Enhances Brand Value and Customer Relationships

GVTC Real Estate PartnershipSouth Texas’s GVTC Communications has launched a novel telecom industry marketing partnership, joining with Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper Realtors to launch the GVTC Just Plain Smart Move Program. The GVTC real estate partnership referral program will enable GVTC customers to qualify for up to $1,200 in cash back credits upon closing a qualifying real estate transaction.

A South Texas regional carrier, GVTC is very active in building their GigaRegion program, bringing fiber-based Gigabit services throughout the Texas Hill Country region. Through the Just Plain Smart Move Program, GVTC customers have the opportunity to qualify for the cash back credits by using Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper Realtors to buy or sell a home. It’s an innovative approach for bringing additional value for being a GVTC customer.

GVTC Real Estate Partnership
The partnership with Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper Realtors also includes a charitable contribution component of $100-$250 to the GVTC Foundation for every qualified GVTC Just Plain Smart Move Program transaction. GVTC’s foundation has donated more than $2.2 million to non-profits in its Hill Country home area over the past 10 years, according to GVTC.

The realtor employs agents throughout San Antonio, the Hill Country, and South Texas. It closed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions in 2016.
