With solid triple play adoption rates, Comcast is looking to link the services and extract additional value. Applications will include integrating voice, data, and video services so that subscribers will be able to read their email on their TV sets or send voice messages through their email accounts. Comcast is sold on the proposition, but not everyone else is. Bruce Leichtman of Leichtman Research has a more cautious attitude about the perceived value o these services by consumers, and he offers some research to back it up.
