LOUISVILLE, Colo.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Zayo Group, a provider of fiber-based bandwidth infrastructure and network-neutral colocation services announced today it has consolidated its managed communication services business in a newly formed subsidiary under the Onvoy Voice Services unit of Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. The new structure will support Zayo Group’s focus on bandwidth infrastructure while enabling a more strategic alignment of its managed communications services with Onvoy.

The change was effective April 1, 2011 and managed communications services customers will not see any impact to their services, contract or account coverage.
