altafiber Announces Expansion Into Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana

CINCINNATI — November 22, 2024 — (BUSINESS WIRE) — altafiber is pleased to announce the expansion of its cutting-edge multi-gig XGS-PON fiber network into Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana with the addition of approximately 43,000 addresses located in the Tri-State. Construction in these geographies is currently scheduled to begin in late 2025.

The regional fiber broadband expansion plan includes the following locations:

  • In Indiana: Richmond
  • In Ohio: Eaton, Greenville, Washington Court House, and Wilmington.
  • In Kentucky: Carrollton

The build continues altafiber’s expansion strategy as it delivers on its mission to provide individuals and businesses with the fastest, most reliable, future-proof fiber network.
