RWA Releases Open RAN Resource Guide

Washington, D.C. –  Today, the Rural Wireless Association (RWA) released its Open RAN Resource Guide (Guide) which is designed to help RWA members navigate the Open RAN landscape.  The Guide, coordinated by RWA’s Technology Committee, is available to the public and provides background on Open RAN technology and lists of technical resources and industry organizations that are helping to accelerate the Open RAN ecosystem.
 
“The Open RAN Resource Guide provides a broad and deep overview of the Open RAN technology and market and is designed to allow rural wireless operators and the public gain an understanding of the evolving Open RAN ecosystem,” said Karpura Suryadevara, Director – Emerging Technology Solutions at Amdocs, who spearheaded the Open RAN Working Group tasked with researching and preparing the Guide.
 
“RWA is pleased to present the Open RAN Resource Guide to help rural wireless carriers, government officials and others navigate the booming Open RAN market,” said Mike Laskowsky, Chair of RWA’s Technology Committee.
