Laurel Highland Total Communications, Inc. (“LHTC”) announced on November 5 that it has completed its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of The South Canaan Telephone Company (“SCTC”), a privately held independent telephone company operating in portions of Wayne and Lackawanna Counties, Pennsylvania, and its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
