Press Release

WICHITA, Kan., Jan. 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — Connected2Fiber, the leading SaaS market acceleration platform for connectivity companies, announced today that KsFiberNet has signed an agreement to implement the SaaS platform and leverage the Connected World fiber route, OnNet and NearNet capabilities. KsFiberNet will also be adopting the Building List Manager, an automated software module for creating and distributing OnNet and NearNet building lists to drive wholesale and channel market participation.

KsFiberNet is a regional broadband transport network providing dedicated Internet and private data networks for wholesale, government, education, healthcare and banking customers. With approximately 3,000 miles of fiber optic cable routes around the state of Kansas, KsFiberNet is providing a network enabling customers to easily communicate and share resources between facilities.

“The process of managing our locations, creating spreadsheets to share that information and map it to the formats our large carrier customers want has always been a challenge in the industry, now, with Connected2Fiber, we have a platform that with less than 4 clicks can create, design and program building lists to go out in our customers preferred format. We also get access to network visualization for the entire internal team, eliminating version control or information silos. We are excited to partner with Connected2Fiber and implement their platform to help us drive sales,” said Tony Russell, Vice President of Business Development at KsFiberNet.

The Connected World is the connectivity industry’s first market acceleration platform built to help network operators see and manage their assets with market intelligence. The SaaS platform enables OnNet and NearNet location management, route tracking, interconnection and building list automation, all in a visual, automated tool set designed for the connectivity industry.

“We welcome KsFiberNet to our platform and look forward to helping them drive market participation in the wholesale, channel and enterprise markets. KsFiberNet is a leading provider of fiber transport throughout Kansas and we are grateful for the opportunity to work with them. Our team is excited with the chance to add the visualization tools and automation to KsFiberNet,” said Ben Edmond, CEO & Founder of Customer at Connected2Fiber.
