HTC of South Carolina Selects Minerva Middleware

Las Vegas, NV – October 23, 2013:  Minerva Networks, a leading provider of software solutions for the delivery of television services over broadband networks, announced today that Horry Telephone Cooperative (HTC) has selected Minerva’s award winning iTVFusion platform to power its next generation in-home video service.  HTC will be able to offer its subscribers a compelling user experience and new features including whole home DVR, interactive EPG, and multiscreen services.

Conway, South Carolina based HTC is the nation’s largest telecommunications cooperative, offering a full range of telecommunications and broadband services to its customers over DSL, FTTH, and HFC access networks.  Because of HTC’s diverse network facilities, they needed a single service management platform that would allow the delivery of consistent services to all their subscribers. With Minerva’s iTVFusion HTC will be well be able to offer a competitive multi-screen solution across their entire network footprint.
