About

The 2022 Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund (“SFRF”) Grant Program seeks to expand broadband infrastructure to households, business, and communities in the State that are unserved or underserved by broadband services.

The South Carolina General Assembly allocated over $214M of American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) funds, less administrative costs, to provide financial assistance to install and deliver broadband infrastructure in unserved areas throughout the State. This competitive grant program, depending on the number of qualified applications, may award approximately $180M of the allocated ARPA funds
