LOS ANGELES, CA–June 24, 2015–VUBIQUITY, the leading global provider of premium content services, today announced a four-year partnership agreement with WOW!, one of the nation’s leading providers of high-speed Internet, cable TV, and phone services in the Midwest and the Southeast regions.

VUBIQUITY’s preferred vendor agreement with WOW! will deliver enhanced access to new releases, VOD and HD content to WOW!’s subscribers. With the rapid proliferation of new content and devices, access to ‘more’ today plays a major role in the amount and quality of content that providers are able to deliver to customers.

“Consumers are constantly searching for more high-quality, on demand content – our goal is to make sure we support clients to take advantage of evolving technologies and our capacity to deliver unprecedented quality content to their audiences,” said Gabriel Berger, EVP of Sales of VUBIQUITY. “We are pleased to provide our VOD access, asset management and digital transports services to WOW! as it continues to expand its options for its increasingly digital, connected audience.”

“We are delighted to have VUBIQUITY as our preferred provider of premium, on demand content and services. Our partnership with VUBIQUITY will allow us to deliver more content using smarter technology, helping us to dramatically expand our on demand and HD offering to our subscriber base,” said Steven Cochran, CEO and President of WOW!

As part of this new deal, WOW! will take advantage of the expanded analytics and reporting enhancements to VUBIQUITY’s Emmy nominated asset management platform. The application called IntelliVU will give WOW! greater insight to their content and assets from end to end, and track performance, which is a core part of the content business today. IntelliVU will ensure seamless delivery of content for WOW! and all other VUBIQUITY clients and affiliates.
