LITTLE ROCK, Ark., November 25, 2009 – Windstream Corporation (NYSE: WIN) announced today that it will voluntarily move its stock exchange listing to the NASDAQ Global Select Market, an exchange of The NASDAQ OMX Group Inc. (NASDAQ: NDAQ), from the New York Stock Exchange, effective Dec. 10, 2009.

Windstream stock will continue to trade under the “WIN” ticker symbol after the move.
