Vyve Broadband Completes Acquisition in South Carolina

June 1, 2020 — Vyve Broadband announced today that it has completed the purchase of FamilyView Cablevision in and around areas of Pickens and Anderson Counties of South Carolina.

“I am excited for FamilyView to join the Vyve Broadband family, which is a company that has the resources to bring us faster broadband speeds, and to continue to be part of our community,” said Larry Waterman, president and chief executive officer for FamilyView Cablevision.

This acquisition will complement Vyve’s existing footprint in South Carolina. Vyve currently provides high-speed internet, television and voice services to residential and business customers in rural markets across 16 states.

Vyve has already begun the upgrades to the FamilyView Cablevision system to deliver broadband speeds up to Vyve Gig (960Mbps), which is consistent with the Company upgrade strategy across the country. Vyve Broadband is focused on creating unequaled broadband speeds and per Phil Spencer, chief executive officer, Vyve Broadband “We welcome FamilyView to the Vyve Broadband family and look forward to delivering a Vyve Gig this summer.”
