VTX1’s goal is to bring connectivity to as many communities as possible in both rural and urban areas, so they are able to connect the world for school, work, and play. Both VTX1 and TISD share this same passion of bringing connectivity to rural communities, in addition to the urban areas they serve, and working together they will be able to continue that expansion.

Dave Osborn, CEO of VTX1 Companies, added: “We are looking forward to adding TISD to our group of companies. Our joint vision is to continue to expand the number of people to whom we can provide exceptional broadband services. An additional advantage to uniting with TISD is it will enable both organizations to capitalize on economies of scale which neither could have achieved separately. We are looking forward to scaling even greater heights together”.
