CIP’s selected GOCare’s Messenger and Advanced Call Routing services which have a history of delivering customers self-help options and ensuring first contact resolution. CIP’s investment in GOCare Messenger will increase customer satisfaction while supporting their mission of providing clear communication and local customer service.

CIP recognizes consumer preference for mobile and non-verbal communications in their partnership with GOCare.
