TDS Telecommunications Corp., Nov 7, 2012 — (TDS®) says construction is underway on two more American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) stimulus projects. The projects will expand broadband Internet services to more customers are in Washington and Wisconsin.

In Washington, TDS has hired Tetra Tech Constructions Services out of Denver, Colo., to do the outside construction work on its McDaniel Telephone Company project. The project is scheduled to be completed by year-end 2013, and accessible to about 600 customers in areas around Salkum and Onalaska, Wash.

In Wisconsin, TDS has hired KS Energy Services, Inc. out of Troy, Wis. to do the outside construction work on its near-by Southeast Telephone Co. of Wisconsin, LLC project. The project is scheduled to be completed by fall 2013, and accessible to about 550 customers in areas around Wind Lake and Waterford, Wis.
