T-Mobile Targets Consumers, Small Businesses with Three Plans

T-Mobile is introducing three plans — Rely Internet, Amplified Internet, and All-In Internet – that are aimed at both home and small business customers.

The lowest level of the plans starts at $35 per month if taken with autopay and a T-Mobile 5G voice line. They feature a price lock that maintains the price as long as the customer maintains the plan. The lock excludes taxes and fees.

T-Mobile offers Home Internet customers safe browsing features to block malicious links and anomaly detection to protect devices. Small business internet customers get mesh capabilities to reach hard to access areas. This, the carrier says, enhances connectivity through the office or warehouse.

The features of the new T-Mobile plans, which become available on December 11, are straightforward:

  • T-Mobile Rely Internet provides Wi-Fi.
  • T-Mobile Amplified Internet provides faster speeds than Rely. It includes advanced cyber security for Home Internet customers or a mesh device for small business Internet customers.
  • T-Mobile All-In Internet includes everything in the Amplified Internet plan and Hulu and the Paramount+ Essential Plan for consumers. For small businesses, All-In offers two mesh devices and, starting February 2025, Microsoft 365. The company says the value is almost $300 per year for both homes and small businesses.

The T-Mobile Amplified Internet plan starts at $60 per month with autopay or $45 per month with autopay and a voice line.

T-Mobile recently got good marks for its small business service. In October, The J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Business Wireless Satisfaction Study said that small and large businesses felt it offered the best price for the service received.

The carrier also is becoming a player in the fiber world: In September, company executives said that the carrier expected to pass between 12 million and 15 million more households by 203 with fiber.
