Sprint Offers Money-Back Guarantee, Up to $650 to Cover Switching Fees

sprintSprint is enabling new customers and customers adding a line to try its upgraded LTE service for 30 days under a new Sprint money-back guarantee. Under the newly announced  program, dubbed Total Satisfaction Guarantee, Sprint will refund phone costs, service charges and fees for those new customers who are not satisfied with their service.

The carrier is promoting the new guarantee and other benefits of switching through a new advertising campaign featuring Paul Marcarelli. The TV spot highlights the ease of wireless and the ease of switching.

Sprint also said that customers who switch to Sprint from another wireless carrier will receive up to $650 to help cover switching fees as well as a $250 Prepaid Mastercard if they buy the latest smartphone.

The company said that recent improvements in its network have resulted in a 36.4% increase in national average download speeds in the last year. Additionally, roaming agreements give Sprint the ability to offer 30% more total LTE data coverage nationwide than before.

Customers who switch to Sprint can receive:

  • An Unlimited Plan with one of the newest phones included for just $35 per month per line for five lines.
  • Up to $650 to cover switching costs.
  • A $250 Prepaid Mastercard® if they buy one of the latest smartphones. A combined value of up to $900!

“We’re putting our money where our mouth is,” said Roger Solé, Sprint chief marketing officer, in a prepared statement. “We’ve recently invested billions in our network and once people switch to Sprint, we’re confident they’ll love it. With our 100% Total Satisfaction Guarantee customers can test out Sprint’s service in the places they live, work and play and see the savings. If they don’t like it, we’ll refund their money. It’s that simple.”
