Sprint Offers Half Off on Tablet Plan

April 28, 2015 — OVERLAND PARK, Kan.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Sprint (NYSE:S) continues to deliver the value and services consumers want by making it easy and affordable to purchase a tablet along with their smartphone. Consumers can get 50 percent off the monthly tablet data plan when activating a new handset or upgrading an existing handset and activating a tablet1.

The 50 percent off tablet plan offer is available with 100MB and 1GB data plans, bringing the cost down to $5 per month (100MB) or $7.50 per month (1GB) for six months (excluding taxes and surcharges). The offer is available in Sprint stores and Sprint Telesales.

Sprint currently has a special offer for the LG G Pad. Customers can purchase the tablet for $0 down, pay $10 per month with Sprint Easy Pay, and receive a $10 per month credit, so it is like getting the tablet for free. And, when customers also purchase a new handset or upgrade, they can get half off the monthly tablet plan for six months, as announced today.
