South Carolina Telco Selects Innovative Systems for Application Server

September 30, 2013 — Kingstree, SC – One of the nation’s largest telecommunications cooperatives has recently helped Innovative Systems reach a significant milestone by purchasing the 700th APMAX IMS Application Server.

Farmers Telephone Cooperative (FTC), serving more than 60,000 customers in South Carolina has chosen the APMAX to provide enhanced services including Unified Messaging to
their subscribers in Central South Carolina.

According to Farmer’s Chief Network Officer, Jay Brown, “FTC has a long relationship with Innovative Systems having used the AP legacy platform for many years. Our decision to upgrade to the APMAX was based on our history of reliability and quality support received from Innovative.” Brown adds,” We look forward to investigating new features that will be developed on the APMAX and expect a smooth transition of our AP Voice Mail over to APMAX Unified Messaging.”
