Poka Lambro Telephone Cooperative and its subsidiaries specialize in providing local telephone service, long distance service, high speed internet service, security systems and digital fiber optic technology for over 4,000 subscribers.

Tammy Pounds, Commercial Manager, stated, “We want to transform our customer service representatives into salespeople by being able to concentrate on selling and customer service, NISC’s new marketing features are designed to do just that.”

“We hope to improve efficiencies in the accounting and record keeping area. I think iVUE will streamline our accounting department, and we’re very excited with the capabilities the new Document VaultTM software will provide,” explained Brenda Allen, Poka Lambro’s Controller. “We were also very impressed with all of NISC employees that we came in contact with at their Member Information Conference last fall in St. Louis. This gave a high level of confidence in selecting NISC as a partner and in making this switch to NISC.”
