Ottawa, Ontario – December 9, 2010 – Espial®, a leader in On-Demand TV solutions, today announced they have partnered with Conklin-Intracom to upgrade the IPTV system for Oneida Telephone Exchange. Conklin-Intracom addresses the North American IPTV service provider customer base with fs|cdn, an integrated middleware and conditional access solution. Oneida Telephone Exchange is an independent telephone company serving triple play services to the City of Oneida, Illinois and its rural areas as part of the Western Illinois Video (WIV) consortium of eight rural telephone service providers.
