Press Release

RALEIGH, N.C. and HAYS, Kan., Feb. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — NeoNova (an NRTC company) and Nex-Tech today announced that NeoNova has acquired the service contracts for Nex-Tech’s enterprise help desk customers. Effective immediately, NeoNova will assume responsibility for providing these customers with help desk services as well as additional services depending on individual agreements.

NeoNova CEO Jason McGinnis said he is confident the migration will be a positive one for customers. “Our project management team will work with each new affiliate to plan and implement a smooth transition,” added McGinnis. “We’ve performed hundreds of migration projects. Our proven processes and tools, along with our PMP-certified project managers and experienced operations team, will minimize the impact to both our new affiliates as well as their customers.”

Jimmy Todd, Nex-Tech’s CEO, echoed the sentiment. “We conducted a thorough search and vetting process to find the best company to transition these service contracts,” said Todd. “NeoNova was the right choice, and we’re confident in their ability to continue providing the same excellent level of service that our customers have come to expect.”

NeoNova has been serving the rural telecommunications industry since the 1990s. With the addition of these new customers, NeoNova’s 142 employees across the country will provide help desk, networking, and revenue-building services to 230 companies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
