Hoboken, NJ September 10, 2020 – OpenVault, a global provider of industry analytics and SaaS technology solutions for broadband operators, today announced an expansion of its relationship with Inter Mountain Cable, a leading provider of high-speed internet, digital TV, telephone and commercial services.
Under the expansion agreement, Inter Mountain Cable will leverage OpenVault’s 100 percent cloud-based Marketing Dashboard, not only to better understand subscriber broadband usage behavior and needs, but also to use that data to help identify power users and other subscribers who would benefit from higher speed plans, resulting in an overall enhanced customer experience.
