MANKATO, Minn., May 4, 2009 — HickoryTech Corporation (Nasdaq: HTCO) announced today that it has reached an agreement to acquire Computer Pro, Inc., dba CP Telecom, a privately held facilities-based telecom provider, serving Minneapolis, St. Paul and northern Minnesota.
