Gloves Are Coming Off in San Antonio – AT&T Sues TW

In a sign of the times, AT&T has sued Time Warner over ads they are running in San Antonio. AT&T has a different spin on the ads, and says they are deceptive – hence the federal lawsuit. If this is a preview of the years ahead – the courts should be pretty busy. Looks like the lawyers win again.
