Press Release

SULLIVAN, MISSOURI, May 31, 2012—Fidelity Communications purchased 14 systems from Cobridge Holdings, LLC., a television, high-speed internet, and digital telephone provider, in late January. All systems will be rebranded from Cobridge to Fidelity Communications in early June.

The Cobridge acquisition represents approximately 28,000 customers in Missouri, Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana. Andy Davis, head of corporate development for Fidelity, has been named General Manager of the new Cobridge systems.

“This is a significant and exciting acquisition for Fidelity,” Davis said. “We have a long history of upgrading small and medium-sized markets to deliver the best, most affordable communications services. Our plan is to upgrade each of these systems with faster Internet speeds and better digital channel lineups at significant cost savings.”

In business since 1940, Fidelity Communications currently provides 83,000 voice, long distance, high speed Internet and television services to residential and business customers in Missouri and Oklahoma.
