Press Release

ATLANTA, GA – May 3, 2010 – Enhanced Telecommunications (d/b/a) ETI Software Solutions, Inc., (ETI) (www.etisoftware.com), announced the City of Salisbury, North Carolina’s Fibrant will deploy its énconcert BSS/OSS software suite, supporting its cutting-edge communications technology, delivering IPTV and telephone and internet fiber-to-the-home services.

ETI’s énconcert is a robust triple-play, customer care, work order, billing and provisioning solution. It is pre-integrated to Fibrant’s FTTH and IPTV technologies as well as the city’s enterprise utility billing system. Fibrant will reap the benefits of instantaneous service activation and billing, and the city will have a single, consolidated view of each customer’s total utility and FTTH receivables, even though Fibrant has elected to send-out a unique billing statement.

“ETI’s suite of software products will deliver numerous benefits,” said Michael Crowell, Director of Broadband Services, City of Salisbury, Fibrant. “First, the solution’s rapid deployment time is measured in weeks – not months, like some other solutions. Second, that we have entrusted our customer facing BSS/OSS solution to ETI is a testament to their several dozen municipal FTTH deployments nationwide and finally, it promises to integrate seamlessly with our existing infrastructure – saving us considerable operational expenses.”

Fibrant will also deploy ETI’s TV Ticket to help market its advanced fiber services. TV Ticket will support subscriber self-activated prepaid or complimentary (high-speed data or IPTV) services. Additionally, Fibrant will deploy ETI’s Solo Field Technician Assistant Web Application. This product empowers field technicians to open/close work orders, manage/assign devices and turn-up services independently, without contacting a dispatcher.

“This is a ground-breaking deployment for ETI,” said Peter Pifer, CEO of ETI. “That Salisbury has invested in our turn-key solution to run their entire customer facing business is proof positive of ETI’s ability to deliver the industry’s most robust and scalable platform. With more interfaces to FTTH and middleware platforms than any of our competitors, as well as our solution’s rapid deployment time, we know we will deliver tangible benefits to Fibrant.”
