ATLANTA, GA – JULY 7, 2011 – Enhanced Telecommunications (d/b/a) ETI Software Solutions, Inc., (ETI) (www.etisoftware.com), announced another successful deployment with North Carolina’s largest telephone co-op, Atlantic Telephone Membership Cooperative (ATMC). ETI’s flagship B/OSS product, Triad, which already provisions ATMC’s video and access network, is now integrated with the Metaswitch softswitch system and will soon be provisioning the Calix E-7 as well.

“ETI has been an asset to us, first as our video provisioning engine, then as we have built our fiber network,” said Keith Holden, Vice President of Information Systems, ATMC. “As our services have evolved, ETI has been there. From our video deployment via NagraVision system to the Motorola DAC6000 and SeaChange VOD, ETI has helped us deliver,” he said. “They have also been a key component in our BPON deployment with Motorola AXSvision, and now our current GPON rollout with Calix [E-7] and Metaswitch. We rely on ETI as a technology partner because their Triad provisioning software has proven itself to be flexible and solid.”

“A progressive company like ATMC counts on us to be there for them, and after nearly 20 years in this ever-evolving industry, they know we will be,” said Pete Pifer, Chairman and CEO of ETI Software Solutions. “Our commitment to out-of-the-box provisioning of new technologies is matched only by our dedication to customer service.”

“Because ETI’s Triad is pre-integrated with more technology vendors than anyone else in the industry, we have been able to avoid potential roadblocks in our development so that we can get new services to our customers faster,“ added Holden. “ETI has also allowed us to simplify training issues and lower operating expenses.”
