Digital Home: TR-069 Helps Meet Growing Customer Expectations

Customers are coming to expect flawless performance throughout the home on a range of devices. Service providers will be challenged to cost effectively meet these growing expectations and ensure an acceptable digital home quality of experience. The use of TR-069 is proving to be an effective tool in meeting these growing expectations, while saving service providers precious time and money.

University of New Hampshire InterOperability Lab Operations Manager for Broadband Technologies Tim Sheehan outlines important TR-069 interoperability efforts underway at UNH-IOL, which in conjunction with the Broadband Forum, has created a BBF.069 certification process.
