The FCC move seems to signal that RDOF’s rules were structured to minimize the types of petitions it denied last week.

Brightspeed’s EasyMove aims to keep customers by making moving easier and automatically transferring broadband service.

The FCC says that the report and order would increase the capacity for space-based broadband services as much as sevenfold.

The report said the number of robocalls in March — just over 4.2 billion — was the largest amount of monthly robocalls since July 2025.

At issue was whether a wireless offer in Verizon’s advertising — “four lines for $25/line” — adequately disclosed a future price increase.

The report noted that Starlink service thrived in Nebraska, where 58.31% of its subscribers received the 100/20 Mbps minimum.
