Updated Wednesday, March 18: 39 states’ final BEAD proposals have been approved by NIST, and 32 states have signed their award agreements.

Applications for this round of New York ConnectALL MIP broadband funding will be accepted through the end of April.

Wednesday, December 3: We added California to our list of BEAD provisional awards. All 50 states have now announced provisional awards.

In all, the broadband-related grants will serve 810 New York households and build 85 miles of new fiber infrastructure.

The New York broadband grants include connections for 19,000 affording housing units and will create 234 miles of fiber and 46 wireless hubs.
