RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. (Feb. 15, 2011) – NeoNova Network Services, the leader in managed broadband services, today announced Cass Communications (CassComm) has signed a long-term agreement to utilize NeoNova’s Cloud Provisioning Platform and NovaSubscriber, in conjunction with Google’s messaging and application products.
CassComm is deploying Google Apps and Postini Spam and Virus Filtering to their subscriber base in an effort to provide a feature-rich product set while freeing up technical resources to focus on other areas of their business.
“To expand our in-house solution would require a large investment in both manpower and hardware,” said Gerald Gill, CEO of CassComm. “By working with NeoNova to roll out Google with our branding, we will save time, money, and offer the powerful services of Google to our customers.”
CassComm will deploy Google Apps through NeoNova’s NovaSubscriber provisioning platform. NovaSubscriber eases the complexity of migrating to and managing the Google platform, integrates with other telco systems such as billing, and provides support for other systems such as single sign-on and help desk. “The “all-in-one” convenience of NovaSubscriber makes it easy to support customers and provide great service,” added Gill. “We’ve found NeoNova is dedicated to service excellence and is already working on a solid execution strategy for our conversion.”
“NeoNova is ideally suited to facilitate this transformation and assist CassComm in becoming an entirely new type of service provider, one who operates and takes advantage of cloud-based technologies,” said NeoNova CEO Ray Carey. “Our NovaSubscriber platform enables us to integrate all the business components our customers need to run their business, and provide great products and services so they can focus on improving their business and supporting their customers.”
