MINNEAPOLIS, MN – March 25, 2014 — Calix, Inc. (NYSE: CALX) today announced the addition of Calix Consulting services to its Unified Access portfolio. Two new services — Analytics and Catalyst — will help communications service providers leverage Calix Compass software applications to drive business transformation inside their organizations. Each Calix Consulting service, customized for specific business objectives within a given service provider, focuses on fully understanding their subscribers’ experience and delivers actionable plans to increase subscriber satisfaction. Armed with these insights, service providers can get to revenue faster with new services based on subscriber behavior, increase the average revenue per user (ARPU), reduce churn, and more effectively plan future network investments based on subscriber usage.
