WALTHAM, MA – March 7, 2013 — NetCracker Technology announced today that C Spire Wireless has selected NetCracker’s convergent BSS solution to consolidate and manage all billing, customer account, and service activation activities for prepaid, postpaid, and hybrid customers.
C Spire provides personalized wireless voice and data services and premier mobile communications devices to consumers and businesses in the southern U.S. The company is the oldest continuously owned and operated wireless provider in the U.S.
The decision to transform C Spire’s existing billing capability into a single, converged billing solution will eliminate third-party components, streamline and optimize operations, reduce the need for customization, and support the launch of complex new products and services. The change also will enable the company to accommodate prepaid, postpaid, and hybrid customers.
