The growth areas span from Bixby to the South, into Glenpool, Mounds, Kiefer, Kellyville, Twin Hills schools and Morris, and to the North into Collinsville, including coverage to Collinsville schools. Additionally, BTC Broadband and Totah Communications are undertaking a joint build on a new fiber route from Bartlesville to Tulsa.
