Kansas’s LINC (Lasting Infrastructure and Network Connectivity) program, a competitive grant program, will build high-speed internet service in areas where there is a demonstrated need. LINC will contribute to bridging the digital divide by providing access to reliable high-speed internet connections. The program received $83.5 million from the Treasury Capital Projects Fund.
