Atlanta, Ga. – Apr. 11, 2012 – Birch Communications, a leading IP-based telecom and managed services provider to small- and medium-sized businesses announced that it has completed the acquisition of the operating assets of AstroTel, Inc. These assets include the IP-based network spanning the Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota and Bradenton markets on Florida’s west coast.
