AT&T has invested more than $325 million in its wireless and wired networks in Cleveland between 2013 through 2015. These investments drive a wide range of upgrades to reliability, coverage, speed and overall performance for residents and businesses.
Only now that cable represents a real threat to their SMB business are they beginning to understand the necessity to upgrade. Funny that. Oh, and what about the implicit demographic redlining? Why don't they cast their gig speeds to disadvantaged areas of Cleveland and not just the wealthy parts?
