AT&T will launch a $10/month DSL service in select old BellSouth markets. The new deal is a result of conditions put on the AT&T/BellSouth merger approval. The service provides up to 768K download speed and requires a one year contract. It is only available to customers who have AT&T phone service and are new broadband subscribers.
