Press Release

May 23, 2016 — ANPI, a provider with a 20 year history of partnering with rural carriers, announced today the Wholesale Residential Service, homeXtend, is now available as part of the Private Label UCaaS Package. homeXtend allows carriers to bring VoIP service to the homes of their customers while tapping into existing markets and adding new ones. The solution is fully integrated and turnkey so carriers can immediately add customers without spending time and money developing, deploying and maintaining their own product. Carriers currently selling UCaaS to business customers can increase their competitiveness by offering residential VoIP services.

“Residential VoIP service has been one of the most requested products,” said Dave Manfredo, ANPI Vice President of Carrier Sales. “We are thrilled to offer a solution that can integrate seamlessly into a partner’s existing product portfolio and customer management systems.”

The new service will be available in two packages, both of which take full advantage of cloud-based technology and give local carriers the ability to sell outside their current territories.

  • Residential Standard: Includes unlimited local, long distance and international calling to 22 countries as well as voicemail and advanced calling features.
  • Residential Select: Includes those same services and features, plus a mobile app available on Android and iOS.

ANPI has an award winning software, Atlas, that allows carriers to sell and manage residential customers out-of-the-box. Atlas helps easily deploy the residential solution with order, customer and provisioning management. The intuitive online interface provides visibility into a customer’s account and activity in real-time. Alternatively, ANPI offers a comprehensive open API interface for homeXtend partners wanting a tighter integration to their existing internal systems for ordering, provisioning and customer management.
