First deployment will service 28,000 subscribers

PITT MEADOWS, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwire – Jan. 28, 2010) – Tranzeo Wireless Technologies Inc. (TSX:TZT), a premier manufacturer of wireless broadband and WiMAX communication systems, has been selected by Nth Air, a leading service provider deploying broadband wireless services, as their WiMAX and WiFi equipment partner to build out a nationwide network. The value of the first purchase order to Tranzeo is US$4.5M bringing the current backlog of all purchase orders to US$21.6 million.

Nth Air has contracts to install an initial network to service 28,000 subscribers in three states with a plan to build out similar services nationwide. The first installations will occur in California, Florida, and Texas beginning in February.
