Press Release

Mandan, N.D., October 30, 2012 – All West Communications, a full-service provider of telecommunications services communities in northeast Utah and west central Wyoming, has joined National Information Solutions Cooperative® and will implement NISC’s iVUE® suite of telecom software solutions.

The company, which is based in Kamas, Utah, had used an internally developed system billing system to support its growing customer base of more than 9,000. All West thoroughly explored its service provider options, wanting to work with an organization that would help it meet its goals of enhanced operational efficiency and customer engagement.

According to Vern Dosch, NISC’s CEO, All West’s vision and its portfolio of advanced telecommunications services compliment NISC’s capabilities and industry focus. “All West provides an impressive list of services to consumers living in mountainous parts of Utah and Wyoming. The company’s ability to provide everything from data to television shows their commitment to the growth of their communities. We’re very pleased to have been selected to support their efforts.”

According to Matthew Weller, President of All West, the company selected NISC because it was flexible, responsive and willing and able to integrate All West’s existing mapping system into iVUE. “In addition, NISC offered the services we were interested in at a reasonable price,” he said.
