CHARLOTTE, NC, January 22, 2010 – ACN has introduced bundling local and long distance services with high speed DSL into its product portfolio. ACN customers are now able to choose the calling plan that fits their needs and add a DSL plan with up to 7 Mbps download speed. The additional DSL plans are available through ACN’s relationship with Qwest Communications.
The customer launch expands ACN’s service area in the United States to include coverage in ACN and Qwest serviceable areas.
“This relationship allows our customers to bundle the services they need,” said Robert Stevanovski, ACN Co-Founder & Chairman. “ACN is committed to keeping our customers connected and satisfied and this is another way we continue to meet their needs.”
ACN’s relationship with Qwest provides customers with two flexible Internet plans to choose from, depending on their needs. The ACN DSL Silver plan offers up to 1.5 Mbps download speed and is great for customers who only want the basics: surfing the web, emailing, shopping online and sharing photos. The ACN DSL Platinum plan offers speeds in some service areas up to 7 Mbps for customers who want a more robust plan for social networking, streaming audio and videos, and online gaming. And with ACN’s bundling, customers can simply add DSL to their Local and Long Distance Plans to get two great services on one bill. Plus, customers can access their account online through ACN’s web portal.
ACN is one of the few companies where customers can bundle all their services, making it easier for them to sign up for the services they need. Details on ACN’s bundled services and its product portfolio are available on myacn.com.
