		<description>We already have DSL, fiber, fixed wireless and mobile wireless. Do we need another method? Why spend more money on creating yet anothe rcompeting technology - it would be better spent perfecting the existing methods to get broadband out to more people. BPL is a waste of money for a niche technology that will never get wide appeal.</description>
