Boingo, the Wi-Fi hotspot operator has announced a new mobile wireless service that uses VoIP over Wi-Fi on Windows Mobile 5.0-based Smartphones or Pocket PC devices. The service, at $7.95 per month, basically empowers mobile devices to use Boingo affiliated Wi-Fi hotspots across the globe. The sevice does require a device download.
